Round-the-clock Network and Security Support

Always-on monitoring, immediate response

TRU DC's Network and Security operations centres are staffed 24/7 to provide direct, expert support to clients.

Our teams deliver rapid incident triage and response, combining remote assistance with secure communications to contain threats and minimise disruption to services.

Where hands-on intervention is required, we dispatch on-site engineers to perform remediation, work alongside client IT and facilities teams, and restore services efficiently.

Continuous monitoring and proactive alerting enable swift fault detection, while controlled escalation paths, detailed incident logging and post-incident analysis ensure root causes are addressed and resilience is improved.

All client communications and interventions are conducted over secure channels, giving transparent, accountable support at every stage of an incident.

Minimising Downtime and Operational Impact

Reliable, prompt support with clear escalation and proactive detection

TRU DC reduces downtime and limits business impact through reliable, prompt support and operational discipline tailored to your environment.

Our on-call engineers and incident managers follow predefined escalation paths that move incidents swiftly from detection to resolution, engaging vendor partners or specialist teams as required.

Proactive threat detection, using continuous monitoring, SIEM correlation and automated alerts, identifies anomalies before they escalate and triggers maintenance or containment actions to protect continuity and resilience.

After each incident TRU DC performs root-cause analysis and produces clear post-incident reports with measurable metrics, enabling continuous improvements that reduce operational risk and shorten mean time to restore.

The result for clients is faster restoration, preserved productivity and stronger customer trust backed by transparent reporting and regular service reviews.

Contact, Escalation and Reporting — TRU DC Support

Contact TRU DC via our support portal, by telephone or through a secure remote session for immediate assistance. Our support portal provides ticket creation, status tracking and a searchable knowledge base. Telephone contact is prioritised for service-impacting incidents and will connect you to our on-call team during agreed support hours. Secure remote sessions are established only after authorisation and are encrypted end to end; sessions may be recorded for audit and training purposes where agreed in your support arrangement. We deliver bespoke support plans, scheduled maintenance, compliance reporting and post-incident analysis. Regular service reviews, structured onboarding and role-based training ensure our support is aligned with your governance framework, security requirements and operational priorities.

Support channels and immediate assistance

Raise an enquiry through the TRU DC support portal to log faults, attach diagnostic files and request changes. For incidents requiring rapid intervention, contact our support line and identify your organisation and escalation contacts so we can prioritise correctly. If a hands-on diagnostic is needed, we will request a secure remote session; sessions use multi-factor authorisation and encrypted access with the scope and duration agreed before connection. Our portal also documents known issues and guidance to help your team resolve routine tasks without delay.

Escalation procedure and accountability

TRU DC operates a defined escalation process to ensure incidents receive the appropriate level of technical and managerial attention. Incidents are triaged on receipt and assigned to an engineer for initial diagnosis. Where resolution requires additional expertise, cases are escalated to senior engineers or specialist teams and the customer’s nominated contacts are notified. For service-critical events, management escalation is triggered in line with the support agreement and communication cadence is maintained until normal service is restored. All escalations are tracked in the portal with clear ownership and a documented decision trail.

Reporting, compliance and post-incident analysis

TRU DC provides tailored reporting to meet operational and regulatory obligations. Compliance reports can include evidence packages, change logs and access records formatted for audit review. After any significant incident we conduct a post-incident analysis that comprises a technical root-cause evaluation, timeline of events, impact assessment and a set of concrete remediation recommendations. Customers receive a formal incident report with an executive summary and a technical appendix, and we will support remediation tracking until agreed actions are closed.

Support plans, maintenance, onboarding and training

We offer bespoke support plans tailored to your estate and risk profile, including options for proactive monitoring, scheduled maintenance windows and on-call cover. Maintenance activity is coordinated with your operations team to minimise disruption and is communicated in advance through the portal and scheduled notices. TRU DC provides structured onboarding to integrate our support processes with your governance and change control, plus role-based training for administrators and operators to ensure consistent operational practices. Regular service reviews are held to align priorities, refine SLAs and agree continuous improvement actions.
